A great cookie sheet
Sometimes a lady has to replace her 10 x 15 old, worn out cookie sheets. It was time for new ones at Thanksgiving. I started researching the replacements. I bought two of these from Michael's and I am very happy with them. They have a built-in handle on each side to make it easier to remove from the oven. They are non-stick. The first thing I made in it was a large apple crumb pie. It cooked beautifully in the pan, but then one of my Thanksgiving guests used a sharp paring knife to cut squares into the pie to serve it. It scratched my new pan. Next time, I will lay a plastic serving utensil on top of the baked item, to be used by helpful guests.
