Great non-stick surface
This cookie sheet is great as a non-stick surface. I had to adjust the cook time and temperature, because the cookies seemed to cook faster, especially on the edges.

A giant cookie sheet!
I am in a work competition where I have to bake a LOT of cookies. This pan really suites my needs as I have to make so many and this is so large. I have not used the cookies on the pan itself but have used a liner, not sure how well the pan is in reference to “non stick”

The worst purchase I've ever made.
It burns the cookies from the bottom, I baked twice to try to find out the problem and the only problem I see is the bake pan. I had to bake my cookies in my old bake pan again.

Lightweight, easy to use
My silpat fit perfectly in the center of the tray, was able to get 15 cookies onto the silpat without spilling over onto the tray. When one cookie did go over onto the tray - it did not stick / do I believe that it truly is a non-stick pan.

Perfect for My Needs
This cookie sheet is extra large and has a nice nonstick finish (which I always protect with parchment paper). I can pile so many cookies on this cookie sheet, baking goes so much faster. I have two and rotate them in and out of the oven. I'm really happy with them.

Popped in the oven and is now lopsided
First time using the pan it popped and went lopsided on one side. I bake often and this has never happened to me. I can’t bake macarons on a lopsided pan.

Just okay
I had never used Celebrate It brand bakeware before and I may not after this one. It's an extra large baking sheet, which means it doesn't get appropriate heat throughout the oven when baking something like a sheet full of rolls. I run a bakery out of my home, so fully cooked, not burnt products are a big deal for me. I'll stick with Wilton products from now on.
