Step 2 |
Place your fabric into a bamboo embroidery hoop and pull it taut. Leave some of the fabric hanging outside of the hoop. |
Step 3 |
Transfer the design onto the fabric. |
Step 4 |
Now, thread your embroidery needle with the floss color to match the pattern design and start stitching the pattern design you have marked on your fabric. |
Step 5 |
Once you have finished stitching, trim the excess fabric around the outside the hoop, but leave about 1" in excess fabric. |
Step 6 |
Using a large running stitch, sew around the edge, gathering the fabric in on the backside. This will finish off your project, so it is ready to display. Share your project photos with #MadeWithMichaels |
