Step 1 |
First, click here for the design link in Cricut® Design Space™. |
Step 2 |
Design your initial and place it inside the background. Slice the initial out of the background. |
Step 3 |
Click ‘Make It’ in the upper right corner of your screen. |
Step 4 |
In your preview screen, check ‘Mirror’ in the left panel for each mat, to reverse your image. |
Step 5 |
Now, click ‘Continue’ in the bottom right corner of your screen. |
Step 6 |
Place the Infusible Ink™ material for your first layer, ink-side up, onto your cutting mat. Load the mat into your Cricut® machine, then press the blinking Cricut® icon to start cutting. |
Step 7 |
Weed excess material from around the words and grass. |
Step 8 |
Peel your initial (and shadow, if your design includes one) from the backer paper and place within your background design. The sticky paper will hold it in place. |
Step 9 |
Press the “on” icon button to preheat your MugPress™. |
Step 10 |
Wrap your design around your mug with the ink side facing your mug. |
Step 11 |
Fold a piece of butcher paper three times and wrap around your mug to protect the inner walls of your MugPress™. |
Step 12 |
Slide your mug inside your MugPress™. Push the lever down to start the heating process. |
Step 13 |
Once you hear the beep, lift the lever and remove your mug. Place on an EasyPress™ mat to completely cool. |
Step 14 |
Remove the Infusible Ink™ transfer sheet to reveal your design! |
