It's OK depending on what you are doing.
Works well for individual pieces; however, polishing components mounted within other pieces (wood) is very difficult without damaging the surroundings. Also on individual pieces, it is hard to use anything but the corners unless you devise a method to hold the piece separately.

Lots of scratches
I tried to use on the ImpressArt simple circles and bracelet blanks and it just left a lot of highly visible scratches on it. This was definitely not the result I was looking for and would've probably been better off with just the polishing buff.
