Step 1 |
First, click here for the design in Cricut® Design Space™. |
Step 2 |
Now, click ‘Make It’ in the upper right corner and then click ‘Continue’ in the lower right corner of your screen. |
Step 3 |
In your preview screen, check ‘Mirror’ in the left panel for each mat, to reverse your image. |
Step 4 |
Select your material, place Smart Vinyl™ in the loading area and your machine will pull it in to start your cut. Follow the prompts to cut out your design. |
Step 5 |
Use scissors to cut away the vinyl around your design. Next, use your weeder tool to peel away the remaining negative space surrounding your design so when you’re done, it's the only thing left on the backer paper. |
Step 6 |
Preheat your EasyPress™ to the appropriate temperature for your material and, if needed, adjust the timer. |
Step 7 |
Place your socks on top of your EasyPress™ mat, arrange so the bottom of the socks are facing up and then preheat the fabric for 5 seconds. |
Step 8 |
Place the carrier sheet with your design, so it’s sticky-side down, onto your socks. You should be able to see the layer through the carrier sheet, just as it will appear once ironed. |
Step 9 |
Place your EasyPress™ on top of the design, apply the appropriate pressure for your material and press the time button. Once it beeps, flip over your socks and press for another 15 seconds. If your material is the warm peel type, you may go ahead and peel off the carrier sheet. If your material is a cool peel type, let it cool completely before removing the carrier sheet. |
