Step 1 |
Cover your working surface and place a cooling rack inside the plastic tray. Place the plaster pumpkin on top of the cooling rack. |
Step 2 |
Pour a little white ready-to-pour paint into a disposable cup. Add a little Jet Black, Blue Violet and Old Gold. Continue to layer the paints into your cup until about half of each paint is left in the bottles. Be careful not to mix paint. |
Step 3 |
Start at the top of the pumpkin’s stem and pour the paint over the pumpkin. Allow paint to slowly run down the sides. Pour the paint around the pumpkin to cover as much as the surface as you can with what is in your cup. |
Step 4 |
Now, pour paints directly from the bottles alternating them around the pumpkin at various heights around the pumpkin. Let dry. |
Step 5 |
Paint the whiskers of your cat with Classic Gold liquid gilding. Let dry. |
