These sketch books are just fine and suitable for my project.
I handwrite Scriptures on a daily basis. I require no lines with my penmanship which improves on a weekly basis. I have many of these sketch books aligning my bookcase. They serve my purpose with it's size and quality of the paper!

This has very little tooth to it, so if you like a paper with a bit more tooth to it this might not be the paper for you. But is a very nice book, it’s got a solid cover and makes it nice for traveling around.

Wire bound sketchbook
It has a durable, hard, gray cover on both sides, which makes it good for drawing and writing on. The pages flip over easily all the way around with no friction from the rim. The paper comes perforated, so it’s easy to take a page out, but not so much that the pages fall out. Overall a well made sketchbook.

Very nice paper to sketch on. Does not matter what medium you use, the outcome will be excellent. I use graphite pencils and colored pencils and the product comes out better than I expect. Great product for a beginner or a experienced artist.
