I know my colors from
Not gray
The outer edge of the frame green. The front of frame is a medium to dark gray with green undertones. The reality looks nothing like the picture shown

Strange Frame Color
The front of the frame is grey, but the outsides are a weird dark green color. Very strange. I purchased it through curbside pick-up, and would have to go into the store to return it, so I didn't bother.

Well made and looks great
I ordered 5 of these 10x20 frames for a series of prints I was hanging. I suspect the people complaining about build quality may have gotten a different brand product because these could not be more sturdy in my eyes. The corners were well reinforced and lined up perfectly. The frame itself had 12 points holding the back into the frame with a sturdy, and well finished wooden hoop holding the back glass in. Even in a vertical orientation with a single hanging point, the frame has no problems with its weight staying on the wall.

Couldn't be more pleased.
I was creating a ornithology gallery wall of antique prints. Wanted those simple, thin 'document' frames that are impossible to find - probably in black. I'd used a stock float frame from another big craft store one time (we all know the store), but they only came in one size, are black & cheap looking. They are thick plastic without texture & a bit wider than these frames. Would have worked if I had to, but once I found these I was thrilled. Best part, they didn't look cheap & were also a bit thinner (my taste requirement). I purchased 20 of these in varying sizes (yes! 20). So I know what I'm talking about. They DO NOT look cheap & the glass was definitely NOT too heavy for the frames as another reviewer stated. Perhaps they dropped a frame (admittedly, I did). I am a person who has had many antique prints custom framed & have spent big bucks doing so. Simply not an option for 20 frames. The prints I was framing are from the 1700s into the early 1800s, so I was definitely not going to use something unsuitable. These were absolutely perfect. Have you priced custom frames recently?

Floating Frame
Never had purchased one before but employee recommended it. I absolutely love it, wish I would have known about this sooner.

Love These Pix frames!
Used to frame a Certificate along with a companion letter. Reversible frame feature is great. Can view both without taking up a bunch of wall space. While the letter was not as important as the Certificate, it is nice to have access to the letter instead of putting it away in a drawer.

Don't waste your money
The glass is too heavy for the frame to hold. The back is so flimsy it barely even stays on and as soon as I hung it on the wall it cashed to the floor. The hanging hardware doesn't stick out far enough, and the flimsy frame can not hold the weight of the heavy 2 pieces of glass. Waste of money.
