Creative gifting in a Mason jar is always fun. Making a mini grad scene will definitely make your grad smile.

Print Project

Step 1

Paint the wood peg and set aside to dry.

Step 2

Trace the inside lid of the Mason jar on black cardstock and cut out. Glue it to the lid.

Step 3

Cut out a small square to represent a mortar board.

Step 4

Make two small tassels with floss and place them on the ends of a piece making a graduation cord. Glue the middle of the cord to the peg person.

Step 5

Make another small tassel for the mortar board cap. Poke a hole into the middle of the black square and add the tassel. Glue the tassel to the cap and the cap to the peg person.

Step 6

Fill the Mason jar with paper shred and a gift card.

Step 7

Tie a bow around the Mason jar.

Step 8

Glue the peg person to the top of the jar.

Step 9

Personalise the gift by adding a tag.

Instructions
