Excellent & versatile medium
I use Golden mediums in all my mixed media art. I use the heavy gel matte medium when I don't want a gloss in the paint. I use it to create texture in my paintings and mixed media art. I also use it as an adhesive for gluing the embellishments onto the mixed media piece.

Matte medium
Such a great product! Dries totally clear, and does the job. I use it on top of masking tape so that after painting over it I get super clean and crisp lines. This brand does very well at accomplishing that.
