Packaging was insufficient, frames came broken.
Ordered 2. These frames were exactly what I was looking for, but both came broken, as they were poorly packaged in a bag (!!!), instead of being securely packaged in a box with proper materials. Had to return them to the nearest store and they didn't carry the same models. Waste of time and shipping fees.

Pretty!
I purchased 3 of these frames I 8x10 to use for my parent's, grandparents and my baby pictures. I needed smaller size frames in a gold color, which I prefer for the pictures. They have a soft gold color, well made and look great in our dining room. Great purchase!!!
