Create this trendy Glitter Ombré Wine Tumbler at home with the easy-to-use Spin It™ Pro-Tumbler motorized rotary drying tool. It has a spring grip that fits most tumblers, and the rotating arm allows each epoxy coat to dry evenly.

Print Project

Step 1

First, clean your tumbler with rubbing alcohol to remove any fingerprints and/or oils.

Step 2

Put on a pair of the gloves included in the prep kit and place your cup on the spring arm of your tumbler turner.

Step 3

Now, mix epoxy as noted in the directions. Mix only what is needed for one layer at a time.
TIP: For first epoxy layer, use the measuring cups included in the prep kit and measure part A to the first line. Pour it into a clear cup and then repeat for part B. Stir for two full minutes. Be sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the cup when stirring.

Step 4

Divide the resin into two equal parts in separate disposable cups. Use a clean, dry craft stick to scoop a small amount of the orange/yellow thermal powder and mix well in one cup of resin, then use another clean, dry craft stick to scoop a small amount of the pink/purple solar powder into your second cup of resin. Mix well.

Step 5

Work in sections around the tumbler and pour a small amount of orange/yellow thermal powder/resin mix onto the top part of your cup. Use your gloved fingers, or a craft stick, to spread around. Turn your cup and repeat until the top half of your cup is covered.

Step 6

Repeat Step 5 for the bottom half.

Step 7

Turn your turner on slow and gently run a craft stick over the middle where the two resin mixtures meet to create an ombré effect.

Step 8

Turn the turner all the way up to the fastest speed and allow to turn for about 12 hours.
TIP: If another layer is needed for coverage, repeat Steps 3-7.

Step 9

Repeat Step 3. Add a generous amount of glitter and spread over your cup, from top to bottom, then repeat Step 8.

Step 10

Create a design in Cricut® Design Space™ and cut out of glitter vinyl. Use transfer tape to attach your design to your cup as desired.

Step 11

Repeat Step 3 and add this last layer of clear resin over your cup and allow to spin for 12 hours. Turn off your turner and let sit overnight.
TIP: Allow to cure at full strength for 72 hours.
