Description
Georgian Oil Colors have been traditionally crafted and triple-milled for more than 200 years, providing artists with high quality paints in a wide range of colors. These oil paints are carefully formulated and require very limited quantities of medium, so they can be used freely straight from the tube, allowing the artist to concentrate on creativity and performance. With high pigment loads and permanent, brilliant colors, the intermixable, smooth consistency is ideal for experimenting with brush and knife techniques.

Georgian Oils: “Beginner Friendly” approved!
As I first time oil painter, I was quite daunted with the task of picking out a set that would suit my artistic needs and be beginner friendly. While I am no beginner to painting, these Georgian oils were the perfect shades for mixing a new palette or using them from the tub due to their vibrancy and high pigment. I personally prefer a more runny paint and the paints thinned seamlessly after applying oil while still maintaining their stark colour. My only gripe is that the “Lemon Yellow” is the only shade that is not as pigmented as the rest in the set. Otherwise, my Georgian Oils were a great addition to my paint collection and get the job done.
