I mixed it with some silver paint and applied it to the outdoor bottom doorway track at the front door entrance to my house. The sunshine makes it sparkle so it catches the eye of all incoming guests and represents a welcome invitation. Best of all it repels dust and dirt. But should it get a little dirty from time to time from wind and rain I just wipe it down with any old cloth that is available and it looks good again. This was a cosmetic repair to an old doorway track and this paint made the door way look much better. It is more durable than you would first think. Good stuff.

I find it nearly impossible to apply with a brush (instructions are to use a foam brush), so I use a Q-tip to scoop it out of the bottle (it doesn't pour - think stubborn sparkly syrup), then apply with just a small sponge. Clean-up is pretty easy, though.
