Nice color on dark surfaces.
This color mix works better than the lighter ones of this series but definelty stir it before trying to use.

Works best on dark surfaces.
This color shows up better than some of the other color effect glazes. It is pretty and pretty much like the label.

Not very noticeable
These glazes are hit and miss, some of the colors look great and appear with the color changing effect, some it is really hard to tell, and some the glitter is not even noticeable. Do need to stur it up well when first using to make sure the glitter and the glaze are not separated.

Does nothing
The effect was not noticable at all. I may as well have put a plain top coat on

Love it
I absolutely love this glaze especially over a black background. Sadly ive been having issues finding it but out of all the colors offered the full spectrum is by far the best one

It's just glitter.
I used this on something after I had painted it black and it's literally just glitter. And even worse, it's only green glitter. There is ZERO color shifting at all. Overpriced and not what it claims to be.

Basically clear coat with glitter.
So this is basically clear coat with two tone glitter. I don't know if something is supposed to make the glitter all orient the same way (so one color is facing one direction and one is facing the other) but it seems pretty hit or miss. I do get some color change effect depending on which angle I look at the piece from but it's not much and not consistent.

Beautiful, iridescent too coat
This was a beautiful addition to my son's and daughter's pinewood Derby cars. We tested this too coat over both white and black and preferred it on black. However it is really beautiful and iridescent and should show well over any color. We used 2 layers which seemed to show well. Cleaned up the brush easily with water and dish soap

Dragonfly glaze.
I don't think I know just how to use this glaze. I tried to use it like a metallic paint and not what it should be used for. But! I did figure out where it will look wonderful. I have a white shelving unit that I have quilts on. It adds a wonderful glaze that refracts quite well. Glad I figured this out.

Good as a light glitter paint.
The hue stated is not exactly shows on canvas. It more glitter than a iradescent paint. It works but not strong with acrylic paints.

Just a top coat with glitter…
Unfortunately wasn’t exactly what I was looking for for my specific project, but thought it was worth trying. It has a nice glittering to it, but doesn’t look particularly sophisticated, and also somewhat alters the color underneath (not purely clear). Sure it will work and work well for a variety of projects, just not mine.

Top gloss
Really cool but it's more of a top gloss. So you need a dark color behind it.

Adds a touch of magic to what you're painting!
I really love this paint! I make "magical" artwork, and this adds the perfect finishing touch. A little goes a long way, and this bottle's going to last a long time. This is the second bottle of gotten, and the first one lasted 6 months. The finish is hard to explain, because when you just look at what you painted you don't really see it, and then you turn it a certain way or put it in the light a certain way and it totally changes the flat look into a almost dimensional look. There isn't necessarily a set color either. It is like what it says just think of what a dragonfly wing looks like they pretty much got the look down!

Meh
Not as noticeable an effect as the other dragonfly glazes. Would opt for one of the others if purchasing again

Impressive
I used this glaze on my painting of a leafy sea dragon. Looking straight at the painting you don’t see it, BUT, change the direction that the light hits it, and wow! The colors come alive with the color of the glaze without changing the look of the painting. Multiple coats are needed to achieve results, so I suggest letting the glad dry completely and moving the pieces around a light source, then add more if needed.

Gorgeous colors!
Love the colors, especially when painted over black acrylic paint. It really gave new life to plain halloween/fall decorations.
