Rated 2 out of 5 by from Still on the fence I recently purchased both the Cranberry Cocktail and Iced Turquoise. They are not nearly as creamy as promised. As you can see from the photos, the product holds its shape and the turquoise is even cracked in a few places. Soon after I tried them, I put the stencil in soapy water to be cleaned and pieces of the product floated away, it didn’t dissolve. Not sure if this is old product or not. There were only a few of the turquoise on the shelf.

I have tried numerous gold paint and all of them were to transparent - causing me to repaint the line 10+ times to get the result that this crème can do in 2-3 strokes. The only downfall is that the jars a on the smaller side... Ended up going to 2 other stores and purchasing all of them on the shelf for my project.

Design Creme works so much better and is now my go-to product at Michaels for metallic paints. It not only can be applied with a brush beautifully, it also works very well with stencils. I will try it out with stamps soon to see how it does with them.
