Memorial Day wreath
this wreath ring is easy to use. Our GS Brownie troop (2nd graders) turned it into a beautiful red, white & blue wreath that we will place on the war memorial pavilion at the Memorial day ceremony. It is lightweight and easy for placing pins into the material to hold the tissue flowers that we used.
