Best I've found
This is the most detailed fitness planner/journal, I have found. Only drawback is the size. Would be a 5 star if larger.

My accountability fitness log
This journal is my favorite for tracking all of my fitness goals, aspirations and progress. I can't think of going a day without it and I will likely buy more just in case they go out of stock / stop getting produced.

Love It!!
I think this is very helpful in that it not only allows you to track food but other factors such as sleep, mood, water and exercise. It also gives you a place to set your goals for the month, track calories, reps and a graph if you want to track your walking or running. Also it gives you a check your progress page about every 10 pages (days) to help you see where you might be struggling. This book is only good for 3 months but can be a great start to help you track fitness and food goals. The only downside to this book in my opinion is if you have big hand writing the lines might be a bit small but otherwise it's great!!

Good Tracker/Journal
I gave this journal 3 stars because the concept is great but the space to write is small. I write fairly big print so being able to fit everything I eat for each meal into one box is trying. Other than that, the outline is great. Enjoy!

fitness journal
I like the fitness journal but I wish it had dark lettering because the light color labels of certain boxes are hard to see. Also I wish the meal part of it was bigger to allow for meal planning, not just recording food after eating. But overall this is close to what I was looking for.

Perfect!!!
This product helps me know what I need to do and what not to do. I can track me sleep and how much water I drank. This book is just so cool I can’t even explain it.
