This works well to contain mess. There are some spots that seem like that plastic is thinner and may be vulnerable to breaking

Not finger paint tray! But awesome.
I don’t use this as a finger paint tray. I bought it for my oldest so he could build legos in and not worry about pieces sliding off the table. It works great. I also bought some for my younger two for playdoh. The only downside is I wish they were a little bit bigger. But I would buy them again.

Great for Containing Messes & Legos
I use these for spilling out lego pieces for my kids so the pieces don't get lost while they put it together. I also use them while the kids paint on my kitchen table so paint doesn't get everywhere. These are pretty good at just containing messes or hanging on to small pieces.

We have been using this tray for all kinds of things, like containing beads and making a little christmas village with "snow". It is a great size and very versatile. I wasn't sure I should buy something like this, it seemed silly to spend money on it, but after having it for a week I am going to buy some more.

I love this sturdy tray. I don't use for finger painting. I use for carrying paint and water cups. I have one under a few house plants! And I got one for my mom to carry around some craft supplies for fixing old Christmas decorations.

Perfect tray for containing messy projects- kids use these for kinetic sand, playdough, etc. they are sturdy, but lightweight so the kiddos can carry it themself. Easier for them to carry than the cookie sheets I formerly had them use.

So great, I had to get another two!
Bought for a toddler to paint on to keep things as contained as possible. It was so useful, I had to buy another for his humidifier to sit in on a wood desktop and another for my nail art. Lots of colors to choose from and it's available in stores which I found helpful.
