Using Tulip fabric markers w/o bleeding
I used their 2 pack of black (fine point and medium point) to draw a complete outline (like a coloring book) of a cartoon character first. Then let it dry 24 hrs. It was on a Gildan 5000 heavy cotton tshirt sold at Michaels, that I prewashed before drawing. I put a piece of heavy cardboard underneath so it wouldn’t bleed thru. Then next day I colored in my drawing using they’re 6 color neon set. It bled a tiny bit into the black outline but overall looked great. Let it hang dry for 3 days.

Meh. They were ok
Highly disappointed with these markers. The colors were very faint and I had to make multiple passes on the shirt to make it stand out. I was writing on a white cotton tshirt piece that I had turned into an appliqué. I was hoping for loud and bold. I got faint and some of the colors were barely visible. The two stars is because the color that did go one has stayed after washing. I probably wont buy these again.

I wouldn't recommend these
The product says permanent and doesn't bleed. It bled right away and I have only washed the shirt once and the writing is already fading. I did only use one color so far, but I am afraid to use them on another project for fear of more bleeding.

Depend on the color Fabric Markers
Thought I would try this brand because this particular pack had the exact color orange I needed. Should have stuck with Crayola brand. None of the colors worked on the black tee shirt I needed to decorate. Ended up using Crayola.
