Love these pencils
To date the most expensive pencils I have purchased are these and the Prismacolors. Hands down the Fiber-Castell are the best quality for the money. The colors are rich, they blend easily and they don’t break easily. I personally didn’t like the Prismacolors and found them to be too waxy, broke easily and didn’t lay color down as well as some of my non-artist pencils. After my experience I will always purchase the Fiber-Castell brand.

Finally pencils with real color!
I was searching for colored pencils that had real color and not just a faint shade of color. These hit the mark! When I do my coloring, you can actually distinguish the different colors.

Nice set of colored pencils.
I typically use Prismacolor Premiere colored pencils for my coloring books. I needed pencils with a harder lead for small details. I bought this set and am very happy with them. They make blending and shading a breeze. Also, you don't have to sharpen the pencils nearly as much as the Prismas. I would buy these again.

Great pencils especially for the price
Have a set of Polychromos Pencils I love and wanted to expand my 24 set …. unfortunately Michaels no longer carries so I went in and tried these … to my surprise these are very close to the Polychromos and even blend a little better - *good enough to use as my main set and my Polychromos for field sketching great color spectrum too used the 50% coupon and wound up with this great set for $30.00... leaving me room to blow my gift card on other "needed" supplies LOL
