Baking strips
Yes, the baking strips work as promised - even bake and no dome on cake top! After so many years of baking, how is it that I never knew about cake strips?!! I needed to use safety pins to keep the strips taut on the pans so that's why minus one star.

Flat cakes
I never heard of these strips until a few months ago. They help your cake layers come out flat, without doming in the middle, so you don’t have to cut the tops to make even layers.

Helps make your cake bake evenly
Much easier than my homemade wraps. Easy to use but I did safety pin them as they seemed to slip as I put around pans after soaking. Worked as intended so I am pleased.
