Elfcore embraces the imagination of the fantasy world of elves with outfits that look like they stepped right out of a storybook! Use leaves and flowers to create the basis for this costume and you can follow your imagination!

Print Project

Step 1

Cut the collar off your t-shirt, then cut the neckline into a V-neck. Cut the hems off of both sleeves and the bottom of the shirt.

Step 2

Now, cut slits up the sleeves to make fringe.

Step 3

To make the skirt, measure a length of ribbon to fit around your waist with enough extra to tie a bow. This will be the belt of your skirt.

Step 4

Determine the length you want the skirt, then cut your garland into lengths to make the skirt.

Step 5

Lay the ribbon belt out flat on your work surface and glue the garland pieces along the middle.
TIP: Use felt to help reinforce the areas on the ribbon where you glued the floral pieces.

Step 6

Cut apart the ranunculus rose bush and glue the various flowers and leaves amongst the garland portion of the skirt.

Step 7

Finally, cut the stems or wires off of the mushrooms and glue them around the front, middle of the ribbon belt.
TIP: Add some roses and leaves to further embellish your headband.
