Bake a new tradition! Make these classic carrot cupcakes and enjoy decorating to make festive sweet treats for your Easter brunch.

Print Project

Step 1

Prepare and bake your carrot cake cupcakes by following the instructions on the back of the mix.
TIP: Place your decorative cupcake liners in the muffin pan before pouring in the mix.

Step 2

While your cupcakes are baking, prepare your icing bags with frosting and desired decorating tips. You will need three bags of frosting: one bag of pink, one bag of blue and one bag of green.
TIP: To tint make the coloured frosting, dip a toothpick into the icing colour, add to white frosting and mix well.

Step 3

Once cupcakes have cooled, decorate your cupcakes with frosting, sprinkles, and candied decorations.
