I purchased this as a gift and my niece was thrilled. The tin is much larger than it looks on line and holds a good number of skeins. My niece also mentioned that there are colors in the tin that are not eligible for general purchase. I got a genuine thank-you for this one.

This tin is a great value if you need top quality embroidery floss in a wide variety of colors. The fact that Michael's also accepts coupons/rewards for DMC products makes this a pretty unbeatable deal. I took off a star because my tin arrived so damaged that it won't even close (floss was protected and wrapped inside though). If you can, I'd purchase in-store only.
