Journal was great. I did alter pattern on front covers. Love the personal touch. Did use some of the floss. But had my own design in mind. Did notice the soil/dirt from cover come through on hands and floss that was lighter showed it most. To bad about that. The pages inside were not lined but that's ok. Allowed for drawings as well as writing.

I love these little notebooks. Not the easiest to sew for someone use to cloth but would make a great kids projects. I use the notebooks myself though.

Stitch area full of residue from the drilling of the holes. Using DMC floss and the floss pulls through dirty. Even my fingers end up dirty. Any suggestions on how to effectively clean the holes?

Decent Product
Quality is sturdy, pattern is easy to follow. Good for beginner cross-stitchers. I was hoping the paper would be lined for journal writing, but it is blank.
