so cute, but the pattern has some issues...
I just finished this piece. It turned out so cute, but the pattern does not match the photo. I ended up having to add a few extra stitches to the balloon and completely alter how the A and M looked. Not the end of the world, but I’m not a very experienced stitcher and it really threw me for a loop.
My mom, grandma and I (all stitchers) also found it extremely odd that your backstitching with 4 strands..... not sure if this is another problem with the pattern or if the outline is really supposed to be that thick. Usually you outline with one or two strands.
