Perfect for our needs
I purchased this for my son’s baseball collection. It looks great and holds the balls very nicely. We are going to buy a couple more so he can keep adding to his collection. We keep it on a shelf instead of hanging it on a wall. I was nervous after reading the one review that stated the black from the shelves was wearing off onto his baseballs, so I purchased a dark sticky felt and placed it wherever the balls would be touching the shelves. So far it has worked great and we haven’t noticed any issues.

Awful protection
After about a year the black from the holder is starting to wear off onto my autographed baseballs. If you care about your collection do not buy

A bit heavy
Used this case for my sons game balls looks great fits baseballs perfectly, but is a bit heavy so we just put it on a shelf!

Perfect for what I needed
My husband's grandfather died & we inherited family Christmas ornaments. However, we don't set up a tree b/c of our cats. So I needed a way to honor the tradition & display them. This shadowbox was PERFECT for that.
Be sure to take all the dividers out & give them a THOROUGH cleaning & clean the glass (there can be debris / smudges from manufacturing). I failed to do that before I starting placing & super gluing my items down & it was irritating.

Perfect
We're not using these for baseballs. We are using them for our little collectibles. We have been searching for several years for boxes and we were about to make them ourselves. We will definitely buy more.

The shadow box was exactly what I was looking for
I was looking for something to display taekwondo belts, I needed something that had at least 10 little holes in it this actually had 12 little cubby holes in it which is perfect because it gave me room to put some medals also. It was the perfect size for Rolling the belts up and putting them on display
