A crafty senior from
Michaels Has What I Need
Michaels is my #1 Go-To supplier for knitting, crafting and other supplies. I was in the Red Deer location last week to purchase supplies to make a lighthouse from clay pots; unfortunately the scrapbooking supplies have been discontinued but it just goes to show Michaels is aware of “trends”. I did get everything else I needed. In the past, I’ve purchased a very large shadow box for a map; it was perfect and on sale. How much better does it get. Last fall I purchased really great yarn for mittens and socks for my grandson. And I always get great service and available discounts; always great for a senior.

I am sad to see that Granite drive Michaels is no longer caring Americana sealer. It is the best sealer that I have ever used. I would buy a couple can a month at that store

Protects your paintings very well
I have used Americana for over 20 years on all my paintings and never ever had an issue. It does what it says. Just do not spray in your house, the fumes are strong - I had no choice one time due to winter and no garage…highly recommended better than Krylon which the spray nozzle on those cans tend to bubble up and sputter, Americana creates an easy spray to work with…
