While this is an okay product, it should not be compared to the official Cub Scout Pinewood Derby kit. The scale is wrong and cannot compete with the other cars.

Great for short attention spans
My five year old and I made this in about 15 minutes and he was very happy with it. It was a valuable learning experience about the right way to put the wheels on, the order of operations regarding stickers, etc. We both loved it and it came out great! I'll get another one.

These were GREAT! They are a good quality and fun to paint. We bought a variety pack of paint separately and let the kids (5 in all) get creative!

Occupies your child for long.
It definitely kept my son occupied what I didn’t see was that there are tiny nails to attach the wheels. This requires a hammer to push the tiny nails in. The good thing is that once the legs are attached and the parts are glued, which again, is not included… your child can use markers or paint to design their car

Great summer craft
My daughter loved doing this as a craft on a rainy day! I love that she was able to not only put it together but paint it also!
