It’s kind of confusing, and when cutting it doesn’t fully cut so I have to go over the cuts with a blade..not what I was hoping for! Plus the instructions suck, doesn’t tell me stuff I wanted to know.

Super easy
So excited for my new cricut! I wanted a machine to be able to share my business logo on hats, tshirts, and product bags.
I’ve never used the cricut before so was a bit anxious to try it out. But it was so easy to use and I was so impressed. I absolutely love my finished products and am beyond excited to share them with my clients! Thanks so much for such a great little machine.

I loooovvveee Cricut Explore Air 2
I really love my Cricut Explore Air 2. I used it to make couple coffee mug designs which made perfect gifts for couple friends last Christmas. The machine is very easy to use and the software (Design Space) is very user-friendly. I am a newbie in crafting but there is no downtime with this machine. I went from zero-experience to creating really great output. Bonus: I got it on sale which is a pretty good deal. I would totally recommend this to all starters who are just finding their footing in the Crafting world. :)

This product doesn't meet need
I purchased and opened for use.what i noticed was it started wasting my vinyl and paper,the cutting is so bad. I do not recommend. I tried to return and was told because it is opened they wont accept it.It is useless.

Make sure you have the newest operating system does not work well on older computers, the help staff at Cricut gave me what I thought was good information and it turned out to be terrible information on helping me with issues with my machine and cutting stickers. I had trouble using different vinyl and the transfer tape that you use on the stickers does not stick to the sticker very well no matter what product I tried. Definitely not the capable product I thought I was getting for 300.00

OMG how did i live before this
O love my cricut so many things i can do only thing slowing me is money.
You have to be comfortable with computer the program is a bit hard to get at first (youtube)classes and FB groups help a lot . another thing you need to know the machine is only the first step and the rabbit hole is as deep as your imagination

Warranty Limitations
I only had it out for 3 days when I tried using the scoring tool. It popped out of the housing. I went on a Facebook Cricut group. and was told this was a very common issue. I read the warranty and it says the blade and accessory housing is NOT covered under the warranty. I'm still waiting to hear back from Cricut Support. The housing is the main part of doing everything. Cutting and scoring. If the housing is not warrantied, you've just spent a whole lot of money on a large paperweight.

Changed my crafting life
I just wanted to chime in on some of the reviews. I understand the upset. When I first bought my machine I became a subscriber. Whenever I had an issue I would email the Cricut support team. If you go to their page or email them they clarify the issues people are experiencing. Is any system perfect? No. I’ve had good experiences with Cricut. The only issue I had was their exclusive cut content which I continue to contact them about. I’ve even bought patterns for quilts and licensed content.
