NOT Cream as the Item Description says
This frame is titled "Cream Thin Ornate Frame" and in the online pictures it appears to be a creamy color with some distressing. Instead, the frame I received is BRIGHT WHITE and no distressing. It appears to be a wood frame on the back but the decorative border looks like a cheap plastic veneer. Even if I needed a BRIGHT WHITE frame, I would not choose this one because it is so cheap looking. I am very disappointed in this purchase as I ordered to keep from having to make a trip to a store in the middle of a pandemic and now I am going to have to make a trip to a store to return 4 of these tacky frames. Come on Michaels. Do a better job with your descriptions and pictures. Also, the frames I received do not have the words "Notting Hill" on the frame insert so I wonder if this is a completely different frame now. The Product number on my frame does match the one online so I think something is wrong with Michaels changing a product but keeping the same number and not updating their website.
