Michaels coupons are available in the advertisements inserted into participating newspapers, in direct mailers, in the weekly ad at michaels.ca, in the Michaels mobile app and via the Michaels email program. If you are not already receiving coupons via email, please visit michaels.ca and register to receive discounts. Coupons are not available in Michaels stores. In Store Price Guarantee

If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from any brick-and-mortar retailer in Canada, or any of the online retailers listed below, we will match that price. (Bring the ad, printout or photo with you to the register for validation. If you find a current lower price at the time of purchase or within 7 days of your purchase, we will adjust the price. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and the availability of the item. Items must be priced in Canadian dollars, and all applicable taxes and fees must be included in the competitor’s price, for example, the New Brunswick EHF.) The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number.

Unfortunately, we cannot stack other coupons, from Michaels or other retailers, on top of price(s) reduced as a result of the Price Guarantee.

Online Price Guarantee

If you buy a qualifying item on michaels.ca, then find the identical item for less at an eligible online retailer or in a Michaels printed ad, digital ad or michaels.ca, we will match that price.

Details:

• If you find a current lower price within 7 days of your michaels.ca purchase, please contact our michaels.ca Customer Service at 1-800-642-4235 and we will adjust your payment to the lower price. Stores are unable to adjust the price for a michaels.ca order.

Guidelines:

• The item must be the identical item, brand name, size, weight, colour, quantity and model number.
• The price for an item must be listed and valid at the time of match. We reserve the right to verify a competitor’s advertised price and availability of the item.
• No rain checks will be issued for items that are out of stock at michaels.ca to match a competitor’s price. We do not match competitors if they are out of stock.

Tax Exempt

• Benefits: Sync your tax-exempt status to your Michaels Rewards account and make qualified tax-free purchases in store and online without filling out a form for every purchase.
• Who Qualifies: Individuals or organizations can qualify to make tax-exempt purchases. Please contact your tax advisor or your Federal or Provincial taxing authority to determine if your organization qualifies for sales tax exemption.
• Getting Started: Simply log in or create a Michaels Rewards account and follow the prompt within your account dashboard to sync your tax-exempt status and start making tax-exempt purchases immediately online or in store.
• What’s Needed for Verification: To get started, make sure that you have all the necessary information for enrollment.

• How to Shop: Once you’ve been verified, you can immediately begin to make tax-exempt purchases online and in store. To make tax-exempt purchases, just sign in to your account or provide your Michaels Rewards phone number at checkout. If you don’t have a Michaels Rewards account, you can still show a valid ID and fill out a tax-exempt form to receive the discount in store at the time of purchase.
