My girlfriend and I hang out canvas paintings up with with these . And they vary in size so the fact that the pack we buy comes with extra strips we can rearrange as we like and not have to worry about pull off tap when ever we move and we can reuse the hooks as many times as we like but they don’t get damaged with the strip . LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I would use it to hang frames , lights anything that needs a hook .
