Print Project

Step 1

Measure and cut a 36" [91.4 cm] piece of clear transite cord. Fold the cord in half and slide the fold through a closed jump ring. Bring the ends up and around the jump ring and slide through the loop of the fold. Pull tight to complete the lark’s head knot.

Step 2

Hold both cords together and thread a round Silver bead. Now, thread about 16" [40.6 cm] of heishi spacer beads in desired pattern and finish with another round Silver bead.

Step 3

Open a jump ring, slide on a lobster clasp and close the jump ring.
TIP: To open and close a jump ring, simply grasp the jump ring on both sides with chain nose pliers and twist the ring open, from side-to-side. Never pull the jump ring which can cause distortion.

Step 4

Tie the cord ends to the jump ring with the lobster clasp into a secure knot. Thread the ends through adjacent beads, add a generous amount of glue and let dry. Trim excess cord.

Step 1
