Could be better
I. PICKUP METHOD CONFLICT
Chose the pickup in store method to save time because I live 20 minutes away from the nearest Michaels. When I got emailed it was ready for pickup, I went to the store only to wait for about 30 minutes because “they are still preparing my order.” I missed my last bus because of this.
II. SCRATCHES
When I went home, I found out that the clay roller the staff at Michaels gave me had scratches on them—I have not opened the package and it already had scratches.
III. KING GEORGE BRANCH
Just wanted to add the store that I picked up my order from—the staff were nice although I wish there were more of them there. The only person who could help me had to leave to go to the cashier to attend to the other customers and had to go back much minutes after. That would probably be one of the factors why it took me so long to get my supposedly “ready-for-pickup” order.
My experience could have been better. Lessens my possibility of ordering in Michaels.
