i have struggled with this clay roller for over a year. its loud, very cheaply made, difficult to anchor to a surface properly, impossible to clean fully, and now the handle to choose the thickness has broken off in my hand, and there are two metal pieces stuck inside the handle that I can't get out to fix it.

Dumb and dumber
The 2nd one I've had. Took the first one back bc the dang crank arm wouldnt stay in the hole nor would it allow soft clay on the widest setting, to go through it?!?! Took it back, got replacement and box appeared to have no damage and seemed like it was BRAND NEW, never opened. Lies! Not only had it been opened, there's several divits in the main roller which caused my clay to come out with tears or indentations of the dents and scratches. I also noticed that there were fingerprints and scratches all over the bottom part where your clay comes out. I hadnt even touched any of the metal yet! This roller has enemies! Pasta gone wild! Sad that they even used one of the stickers that seals the box top, making it appear to be a quality unopened or damaged, product. Not the case. The table or surface clamp that supposedly holds this thing in place and sturdy while youre cranking the clay through it, is a joke. Exactly whats that bottom hole under the crank gear hole supposed to be for again? Horrible!!
