Course 1: Building Buttercream Skills
Fresh inspiration and modern cake design are presented in this class! Learn a variety of classic buttercream decorating techniques, including 6 different piped flowers, which will give you extraordinary results for any application. Recommended for all skill levels.

Course 2: Flowers and Cake Design
Design a professional-looking cake! Learn how to select colours, arrange flowers and work with royal icing, which is the ideal icing for creating decorations in advance. Plus, you’ll learn how to make amazing flowers, such as pansies, lilies and The Wilton Rose™!

Course 3: Fondant and Gum Paste
Develop your skills working with fondant and gum paste! Learn essential techniques, such as covering a cake with fondant, cutting shapes and even painting on fondant. Plus, you’ll learn how to create different types of flowers, such as calla lilies, roses and carnations.

5 Steps to a Great Cake
New to cake decorating but not sure where to start? Wilton has broken down the cake decorating process into five easy steps, including baking, leveling, filling, icing and decorating a cake. Learn what torting a cake is, as well as the best way to ice a cake smooth. At the end of class, go home with all the skills needed to bake and decorate a great looking cake!

Personalized Party Cakes

Intro to Wired Gumpaste Flowers
Expand your knowledge of gum paste flowers with this new 2-session gum paste flower class. Learn how to make three types of exquisite wired flowers: the popular rose, classic hydrangea, and the new tropical hibiscus. Whether you’re an experienced decorator or new to making gum paste flowers, this class will provide you with all the techniques needed to create beautiful, life-like flowers.
