Step 1 |
Mix batter according to box directions/recipe. Place the cupcake liners into your muffin pan and fill each liner ¾ full (or divide boxed cake batter equally between 24) with the batter. Bake according to recipe directions. Cool completely. |
Step 2 |
Fill piping bag with 4B open star tip and white decorator icing. Hold the bag straight up, with the tip a little above the cupcake. Squeeze as you move tip clockwise outside, moving inside. Lift tip up and away once in the centre. |
Step 3 |
Sprinkle the crushed candy cane to the top of each cupcake. |
Step 4 |
Top each cupcake with a cupcake Christmas pick. |
