Good, in theory
These are a great idea, but when I tried to use a chalk marker, it bled out through the wood grooves. The surface just isn’t smooth enough.

Chalkboard Labels
The labels worked great and stuck up straight, so there was no issues with not being able to see what you wrote on it. The only problem was when we washed the chalk off, it took some of the black off with it. Not sure how many uses we will end up getting out of them.
