These festive Canada Day Poppers make a great treat holder or fill them with confetti for a fun surprise!

Print Project

Step 1

First, cut your paper tubes to the desired size, if needed.

Step 2

Fill the tube with treats (or confetti), then wrap a sheet of crepe paper around the outside of the tube. Secure with double-stick tape.

Step 3

Gather the crepe paper and wrap a ribbon around it at each end of the tube.
TIP: To make the end look ruffled, work your fingers around the end of the crepe paper, slightly stretching it as you go.

Step 4

Trim scrapbook paper to fit around the outside of the tube. Wrap it around the middle of the tube and adhere into place.
