Not for a 11x14 photo!
The frame is really pretty, I have received several compliments from others. The reason I gave this 2 stars is due to the mat. Since the mat itself contains a frame, it makes it smaller than 11x14, this is actually for a 8x10 photo. I was so disappointed when I was home placing the picture in this frame. I ended up purchasing a different mat, one to truly fit my 11x14 photo. The frame and mat look really pretty, but it was disappointing that I could not keep it as it was.

Beautiful frame, dimensions off
I love the frame and the mats and all the details. The space for a picture says 11 x 14 but it is only 9 x 12. This worked for me as I was choosing random art to fill it, but it would be very disappointing if i had a specific 11x14 to put in there.

beautiful but BEWARE
Absolutely beautiful well made frame. But BEWARE : the opening is 9 x 12. Have to take the inside frame off to have it be 11 x 14. Very disappointed as it is the inside frame that makes it so unique and beautiful.

Gorgeous frame, but opening is less than 9x12
This is a beautiful frame and was a perfect look for the papyrus scroll I was framing. HOWEVER, due to the inner frame/fillet, the opening is NOT 11x14 as stated. It is actually slightly less than 9x12. Unfortunately that cut off the top and sides of the image.

really looking good
We ended up bought 4 of this frames we use this for oil pairings. 2 of them already finished wiring and put on the wall. Everyone who saw them were giving the 'oh my god...'kind of comments. Please note they are really designed for some oil painting. Plus I got good price. So it was definitely good buy. I'm very happy

Love it!
This is the best frame ever; highest quality and I love it! I wish it came in a 20 x 24 matted for a 16 x 20 photo.
