Corner staples
The frame itself was very nice, well put together, but the packaging was very time consuming and dangerous to remove. The protective corners were stapled so deeply into the frame on the back that normal removal of staples took extreme efforts to get out.

Awesome frame
The frame is strong and beautiful. I had to have custom non reflective glass cut to use it with a black and white print. It would be nice to have that as an option with these frames as well.

Poorly made trash - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY
It looks nice from afar, but this frame is garbage. First, the measurements are off. Never seen something so obviously poorly constructed. The opening is supposed to be 18x24, but somehow it is actually off by nearly 1/4 an inch at one end. Even the backing doesn’t quite fit the frame since the frame size is off. Second, the frame I received was damaged in multiple spots. It’s embarrassing that Michaels would even sell something this beat up.

Beautiful
I purchased these frames because I wanted a weathered look that matched my navy/gray/beige decor. These are beautiful and the 16X20 is a great size to fill large blank walls. Hanging these frames is a bit of a project though. After you remove all the staples & unnecessary hardware you aren’t going to use from the back so it will lay flat to the wall, you have to measure the 2 hangers you plan to use exactly before placing the screw in the wall. Worth the effort, but side aside some time to do it right.

Pretty navy frames
Good picture frame. Bought two but one had a small scratch on one side which I didn't notice until I opened it at home, so that one has to be exchanged.
I do have 2 others that I purchased years ago and they are both still in great condition.
