Ask to remove packaging to look for damage
Under the corner of the packaging, the black paint on the frame was bubbled. I have to return it.

Frame won’t close with any thickness to your pic
This was the only frame I could find in this size. While it seemed good, my picture, which had a mat on it, was too thick for the frame. As a result I could not get the back closed. I tried very hard, but unless your picture is only the thickness of a piece of paper it appears this wouldn’t close.

Quality is pretty good. I did end up returning it and getting a similar frame that included a mat, from the same brand. I would have kept this one, had I looked the look of it without a mat.
