Mat for frame... unusual size!
Kimberly at the Riverside,California store on Magnolia was soooo helpful!!! She made it perfect for the project I had done.. please make sure she get an awesome shout out!!! I will always go there for my framing needs!!!!

11x17 is NOT 11x17
Typical poor quality control made in China ambivalence. Poor dimensional accuracy. 11x17 posters have to be trimmed 1/16” top and sides to fit frame without wrinkling, creating unnecessary work. Soft wood dents easily. Paint finish is fragile and inconsistent. Glass has many chips along edges and is super thin.

Window size not as described. Crops picture
This would be a good frame except the window of the frame cuts nearly 1/2” on both sides of photo. Horrible! I bought it because the window said 12x18 not 11.5x17.5. Of course I don’t realize this until I take the frames out of their packaging. I want to exchange.

Decent Frame!
Wasn't sure this would work but it did! Only drawback is that the frame itself is quite heavy(great for a quality standpoint) but it just sits on a wall. Also had to wire the two rear included hooks to hang the artwork horizontally, if it wasn't so heavy I could have just used a single nail.

Great value & nice quality
Had some good size lord of the rings custom prints and they were in an odd size so I expected to pay a lot for framing. These were the only ones in the size I needed and were reasonably priced so I waited for the buy one get one sale and got 2 and they were of nice quality and construction. I was surprised as they ended up being only $32 each after the sale. I ended up buying a third frame for the last print of the trilogy.
I can highly recommend these they are well worth the price.

Frame Features Shipwreck Map
This frame combined with nice sea blue matting created the best home for my husband’s oddly shaped shipwreck map. Looks as good as if we had spent a lot more on a custom frame.

Beautiful professional looking frame
I have several limited edition posters that I wanted to frame but did not want to pay hundreds of dollars to have professionally done. These poster frames are elegant in simplicity, glass view instead of plastic, and present my watercolor poster professionally. I have purchased 4 of these, dry mounted posters at Michaels and have been more than pleased with end product.

The frames were nice
The mats on all 3 frames were slightly off from the measurements I gave and it was very difficult to frame my artwork. I will not use Michael’s again for custom matting. It was costly and not worth it. I had to use the ones I had as I was flying out and had to take the artwork with me.

Double matted print will not fit
I ordered three frame of the Home Collection by Studio Decor because they were exactly the look I wanted to display prints I had purchased from an artist and the price was great because of the discount the store was running for my entire order. The closest store is 35 minuets away so I ordered them on line for store pickup. It wasn’t but a couple of hours they emailed me to say the order was ready. I wanted to get these prints framed as soon as I could so I drove the 35 minutes to pick them up. The frames were what I wanted except for one thing. The frames would not take a double mat; the back would not fit into the slot created to hold it in place. I was very disappointed, especially since I have looked at numerous sites for frames this size and didn’t want to wait to have custom ones cut. The construction of the frames was very good but they will have to go back. Michael’s s did not have any other frames in the size and style I needed so I will have to continue my search.
