Outstanding Service @Michael’s Frame Dept
I am an art teacher on a very tight budget. I brought in some of my personal artwork to be framed. Because of my tight budget, I wasn’t sure how I would be able to afford adequate framing. The manager of the frame department gave me personal assistance in solving my concerns. We combined custom matting with premade frames and it was perfect. She even went the extra mile to find me a fixative I needed that was not on the shelf yet. She had to go back into the storage room and find it in a box. She was unbelievable. Spent tons of time and really helped me. I am very grateful and I would highly recommend the Michael’s framing department in Shawnee.

Frame is just okay
Once I unwrapped it, there was a dent In the bottom of the frame. But I just was not motivated to return it. Frames are often damaged here so odds are the next one would be too.
