I bought 10 of these for a gallery wall and had to exchange half of them due to marks on the mats and poor wood quality. The hangers on the back are not always consistent so when hanging in a straight line they don't line up exactly. They look good once exchanged and rehung but it was a lot of extra work. I realize that these are not the highest quality frames but I've done other gallery walls with Michaels frames and they have been fine.

Damaged corners
I ordered online for pick-up. The staff was kind and friendly. When i got home and looked at the frame, the corners were damaged and there was some paint spots missing. I didnt have time to return it. It was for a gift i was giving.

Good value.
These were on sale for a great price. They are exactly the size I wanted and have a nice mat. I took away one star because they did have some chips on them. I just covered them up with a black Sharpie but I hope they hold up.

Better to buy in store!
The frames are basic black frames. We did have to extange the frames that we ordered online as they were all damaged in some way, chipped, scratched, ect. Extange at our local Micheals was easy though!

Not super impressed due to the matting
Well constructed frame with a very "funky" matting. I got this frame to use for a 12x12 watercolor so I needed to use a matt cutter since the hole in the current matting is 8x10. Well long story short when you take the frame apart to insert your photo you'll see I had to go back out and get new matting and cut an. entire new matt. I probably won't ever by this again. 8x10 in a 16x16 makes about as much sense as how stupid the matt is inside this frame.

The double mat of white or black gives my 8" X 8" print a high quality appearance. It was easy to insert in the black frame and can also be taken out if I choose to insert another photo in the future.

Nice looking frame but cheap quality
The frame looks good. Though expected the quality of the frame to be better at this price. It already chipped off during the ride home from the store. And I was driving very carefully. I could see the frame material to be brittle and prone to chipping needing extra care. The look is decent but def cheaper in quality and more prone to chipping than your money’s worth!

Great frames
I was looking for large frames to hang in a long hallway. I love that these are square but the mat is 8x10 so I can use both vertical and horizontal photos with the frames still looking completely uniform. Great quality and price too!
