Custom framing
We recently purchased a frame and matting from Michael’s. The matting has to be custom sized for a picture we had that was an unusual size. The staff assured me that they could help with this issue. They measured my picture and told me the matting would be ready within a day and it was!! It was perfectly sized and easy to install into my new frame. It looks fabulous. So thank you, thank you!!!!

Quality frames at a great price
As an artist I need to offer a number of price points to patrons. The Studio Décor wall frames allow me to produce original, polished works at a price suitable to a wide market. Any painting framed with a Studio Décor frame is matted, behind glass and ready to hang. These frames are great quality and versatile, coming in black, gray or gold with white or black, single or double mats. Like any frame, an inspection for scratches or blemishes is crucial but overall, I'm VERY happy with this product.

Rectangular opening in a Square frame
Who in their right mind decided to put a rectangular mat opening in a square frame! As a professional artist I have purchased dozens of these frames. They are easy to use and match the others in the series. I would have given them 5 stars, except for 2 things. I buy these BECAUSE they are square and they have a beautiful double black mat. However if I want to frame my 12" x 12" work to match the smaller square sizes in the series, I have to cut 2 new mats with square holes doubling my per item cost. I tried purchasing them as a propack and the shipper returned them to Michaels over and over again because they could hear the broken glass and wouldn't deliver them.

Nice double mat
Nicely made double mat. Only reason for 4 stars is that one had a flaw on the mat and I had to return it for another. Exchange was easy, though, and replacement frame was perfect.
