Good Product, Bad Packaging
The frame is of good quality and looks nice. However, the packaging it comes in does not protect the product enough. I have to sort through the entire stock on the store shelf to find the one that has the least dents or scratches.

Broken frame buy1/get 2 free
Did the buy one get two free and I got the 3 frames but one was different than the other two and broken. The hooks to hang were cheap and broken so impossible to hang.

Mediocre frames - do NOT order online
These frames are ok, but do not order them online. They may have better / bulk prices, but every time I order online from Michael's they ship the frames in flimsy boxes and most of the frames are broken upon delivery. And their customer service is terrible. This is the last time I will order frames from Michael's. It's so much trouble getting any reconciliation for the broken frames that I'd rather pay more to get frames that aren't broken and save myself the headache. It's too bad Michael's has deteriorated in quality and customer service.

This is a good frame. The mat was a little rough but not beyond what I would deem acceptable, even for resale of artwork. Outside of that, the product works great, is competitive price-wise, and generally in stock when needed.
